I have tried every brand under the sun, Vaseline, mineral oil. You have to be gentle on the eye area. You NEVER want to rub too aggressively. Another tip, DON’T USE a cotton ball. Shake it up covering it with your finger and dab it on with your fingers (you’ll use way less, it will last you a long time, check on eBay for great deals) Let is set for a few seconds, then massage it off. Then press a tissue against your eye, PRESS do not RUB. Getting most of the mascara off, then follow with your face cleanser.
