Studies have shown that people who keep food logs lose more weight, and faster, than their non-food-log-having counterparts. Furthermore, most people have a rosy perception of their eating habits, and find that in reality their habits weren’t really all that great. Keep a food journal/diary/log/notebook and you’ll start to see things in a different light–and you’ll start to see positive changes.
