2 Gallons isn’t going to be enough in the long run, especially as you have more than one. However in the mean time, put a pile of cobbles and or wood at one end of the tank, and part fill it with water. You will need a filter, an under gravel may be the only filter that fits (although it’s not the best for crabs). Also make sure it’s kept walm. You will need to do very frequent small water changes to keep the water in good condition for them. As for feeding, there are many commecial foods available. Be sure to add some greenery, and the occasional piece of white bait.
