If you have time the best way to search the listings are by ‘country’ and then ‘state’ or ‘island’ (for NZ). Although this gives a long list of houses at least you can view them all and won’t miss any. If you are after something specific eg a particular town or city, a house will a pool, wheel chair access etc you can use the options within the ‘refined search’.
