Whats the best way to revise for the GCSEs. Any tips?? ?
One way I found that worked well was to get your notes for a subject, and type them all into summary paragraphs. Just by reading and rewriting, and selecting the important information, you’re taking stuff in. Reading over when you’re done can help too, or copying it out again and again. It’s fairly tedious, but it really works. On top of that, I got my sister to record some of the paragraphs so I could listen to them (I hate the sound of my own voice!). That helps it to sink in too. If you’ve got less time, then just bullet pointing your notes can help. I’m guessing your GCSEs are next year or the year after.. you wouldn’t be asking if you’d just taken them. So make sure to take detailed notes in your classes this year. Answer questions in full sentences otherwise you won’t have a clue what you meant when you look back on it (I’m talking about Science in particular here). Of course, it depends how you learn.
