Whats the best way to retreive the data entered on my secure HTML form?
A. SSL customers are able to run CGI scripts on their sites, so you are free to purchase and install third-party shopping-cart systems to use with your site. However for more modest requirements we can supply a Perl script at no extra cost that takes the output from an HTML form, encrypts it using the industry-standard encryption software Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) and sends the output to a preset email address. PGP encryption is necessary because it is as easy for an attacker to copy emailed data as unencrypted Web content as it flows across the network. If you take advantage of the script we supply, you simply need to install a copy of PGP on the machine that will be collecting the email and use this to decrypt the mail as it comes in.
