Whats the best way to reheat leftover meat?
It all depends on how you first cooked the meat. If it’s meat that you roasted in the oven, seared in a skillet, or grilled outside, try putting it below your broiler for about a minute a side — the close, intense heat will reestablish the nice crust and keep the meat moist inside. I’m not a big fan of the microwave, but if it’s meat that’s been braised, boiled, or steamed, then you can heat it in the microwave (set at 50 percent power) for a minute or two. Be sure to cover the meat with a moist paper towel to keep it from drying out.
