MECnet highly recommends not rebooting the Joebox unless asked to by a HelpDesk representative, or by a network technician. Rebooting the Joebox overwrites all the log and debugging information that we need in order to troubleshoot most to all issues. If you are rebooting the Joebox frequently, please notify us so we can assist in troubleshooting the issue.
