Whats the best way to prepare antelope chops?
Sorry I can’t answer your question directly, but my guess would be like most any other steak. What I really wanted to say was that I made spaghetti sauce with ground antelope a few years ago, and man, it was wonderful! It smells a little funny when cooking, but that’s probably because it does not smell like beef, which is what most people are used to. The taste is noticeably better than beef.
