The best and easiest way would be to go to a salon for the first time and have them do it. A proper professional will be able to shape them correctly to fit your facial structures. After that, you’ll be able to maintain the style without going back, and just take pictures so you know what it’s supposed to look like if they’ve grown back. There are also eyebrow stencils out there where you color in the hair you’re keeping, then you just pluck the non-colored hairs. There are also strips to wax in the shape you want them.
The basic rules are that the brow should start vertically from the same place as the tear duct in your eye, never pluck further back than that. You should never pluck above your brow as this is your natural shape that suits your face. Only pluck from below the brow, mostly in the area where your brow arches to accent this area. Use a brow pencil to mark the shape you want then only pluck the hairs outside of this. Don’t use stencils because these shapes won’t necessarily suit your individual face. If you really don’t have a clue it’s worth getting them done professionally to start with, then just follow that basic shape. You will get used to the discomfort, but it does help to do it after a bath/shower then put some aloe vera on afterwards.
