What’s the best way to get the Star Ceiling effect to glow brightly?
To give the best results, the glow paint needs to absorb as much light as possible so that it can ‘charge’ up ready for the big switch off. Daylight or ordinary lightbulbs are sufficient to charge the paint, but a good quality UV or blacklight will ‘supercharge’ the paint in minutes.
