Through the first part of the fight, you would want to run around first avoiding the first few shots he fires at you. After those shots, follow up with the reaction commands given after dodging those shots. This command will combo up to 3 times. After this reaction command is done, he will come back down from his little balcony and begin attacking you from midair from afar. As he shoots you, use guard to deflect his shots back at him. He will reload sometimes during this, so take the time to actually get closer to him so you can strike him with an aerial combo. He will sometimes change the flooring around you to make it somewhat difficult to reach him. The only way to change the flooring back to the way it was is to hit him with an aerial finishing move, or last long enough for him to change the flooring again.
