Whats the best type of clothing to wear when on the river?
Most importantly, leave the cotton behind. We suggest clothing made of material that sheds water – neoprene, for example. Long underwear tops made of poly-pro are great, because they keep you warm even when wet. We also recommend a wind-resistant jacket, without a hood if you are paddling on whitewater. When you receive your confirmation for a Bear Paw trip, we will include a list of suggested clothing.
