Whats the best thing about being from the Bay Area?
Tric: I’d say the best thing about living in the Bay Area is the access to many great museums and amusement parks. Everything is very close by as well. There are movie theaters and restaurants everywhere, but the suburbs still give some feeling of privacy. JI: What’s the worst part about life there? Tric: That would have to be the public transportation, especially in the South Bay. Most of the communities there were developed when cars were used heavily, so the public transportation was more an afterthought, and it takes much longer to get somewhere by bus than it would by car. And also, of course, the economy . While it’s bad almost everywhere in the United States, the Bay Area has higher unemployement than most metropolitan areas. JI: Whose sense of humour can get you to laugh any time you read/watch/hear it? Tric: Dave Barry is the funniest person I have read.
