Whats the best team you worked with at Venetian Hotel and Casino?
Networking… well, I started here as a temp. The only way to get into these hotels is to know someone or to have a skill that is hard to find. Here it’s all about networking. I targeted where I wanted to go and started meeting people in those arenas. I’ve been through 2 departments here and from the temp position I moved into a great job soon after. One good thing, too, is that once in you can go almost anywhere in the hotel….
