I like salsa dancing but I don’t like salsa music so much. The first latin dance I learned was merengue and I like merengue music. Merengue is VERY easy to learn. Salsa took me longer. I think men dancing merengue look HOT! I just like merengue all the way around. If you are asking this question because you are interested in learning I say start with merengue.
