Whats the best software program to make techno beats?

I would say FL studio, I dont make techno but I make alot of other different styles and the variety of different genres you can make iz crazy. plus alot of the sounds that come with FL studio are good techno type pulses and kicks, ect u can hear the quality I get out of it (not the same genre) but just so you can hear how good the production iz..
