Dragon Quest 7 is the best selling Dragon Quest game by selling over 4 million copies. (Dragon Quest 7 is now the best selling Playstation game in Japan.) Dragon Quest 3 sold 3.8 million copies and was the best selling Dragon Quest game for a long time. Since the Dragon Warrior games weren’t very popular in the US Dragon Warrior Monsters is probably the best selling Dragon Warrior game in the US.
