We have a floor that we would like to acid stain with Nox-Cretes Varichrome acid stain. The floor currently has some oil and grease residue. Do these need to be removed first and, if so, what do you recommend? A: Bio-Clean is extremely effective at removing oil and grease residue from concrete floor surfaces. Depending upon the severity of the contamination, Bio-Clean may be diluted with water to reduce cost. Perform a test application to determine the proper dilution ratio.
