Sitting up, crossed legged on the floor in full lotus or easy pose is best, in a comfortable chair, is second best. Important… make sure your back is straight! People have been meditating in a sitting position for thousands of years because the energy travels more easily through the body in that position. If the first two postures are uncomfortable to sit in for long period of time or you have back problems or some other condition that prevents you from sitting up then you may lie down. It is important that you do not force yourself into a difficult physical posture to enjoy the soundtracks, obviously if you are not physically comfortable you will not enjoy what you are doing and will stop doing what is uncomfortable to stop the physical pain.
