Whats the best placement for my subwoofer?
Placement of a subwoofer is probably the most important part of setting it up. Do not be afraid to experiment with placement. Even facing it another direction can greatly affect the performance in your room. A different location may yield a massive increase in low frequency performance or eliminate cancellation in regards to where you are sitting in your room. Placing a subwoofer near a boundary will help load the sound more effectively into most rooms. The corner of the room is almost always the most ideal place to place your subwoofer. The second best place is generally along a wall. Some people like to place them near where they are sitting, but avoid the center of the room because it often results in a lack of room reinforcement.
