You will be wasting your money but it is your money. Looking at H & B’s site I suppose the green tea capsules will do less harm. Note all products want you to change your diet and your lifestyle (to become more active). Why not try those changes first and see how you get on. Put your money towards a new outfit when you reach your goal. Dieting and regular weighing in with friends is more fun than alone too.
