Whats the best kind of exercise for a recovering couch potato?
Anything you do will of benefit. So find something you like and enjoy so you stick to doing it. Some moderate cardio exercise will be of great help; walking Cycling (stationary or real bike), swimming, dancing, moderate jog, etc. Do them 2 or 3 times a week, and try to work up to 30 minutes every time. Go slowly to endure. Also do some toning exercises. Moderate ones will work the best to start you up. Do them 2 times a week. You can use weights or general exercises; sit ups, push ups, crunches, lunges, etc. Eat properly and rest enough to recuperate. Luck pal!
