Whats the best high speed internet?
All depends on your area and what’s available. I don’t know if you mean best provider or type of high speed. Type wise I tend to lean slightly towards cable simply because the network and cabling is better suited for higher speeds and future upgrades with less hardware troubles, but some people don’t have that option. DSL is next up. If neither is available I guess there’s satellite Internet, but it’s not really anything to get excited about. Now if you mean provider, well that too is a toss up. I think the cable companies, at least in my area, really stick it to the customer. You pay the price but get a good connection. DSL tends to be a bit cheaper and more often includes the necessary equipment. You can opt for local companies that offer budget rate DSL, but without knowing the companies it’s hard to suggest what would be best. I guess the best advice I can give is to say stay away from AOL at all costs! Aside from that you have to check more locally to pick the best.
