I’m looking for a software platform to provide the following functions for my company. We deliver hosted software, provide managed and on-site engineering & technical support services and resell hardware. Ideally the solution would be browser-based, hosted and have an open API for integration with our products. I’d like to hear from someone that has experience with a variety of products and can help lead me to what is the best fitting option.
