On pure stats, Dutch Gouda cheese has been rolled to victory in more cheese races than any other, but the record for the most wins by one person is held by James Gilbert, rolling a wheel of Stilton. In some respects the cheese chooses the roller, and not the other way around. Find the right cheese for you and you could be a winner. However, if it’s a hot day, we don’t recommend anything soft like Camembert or Brie.
