Whats the best book for making altered books?
You don’t really need a book. Use the internet. There are two books I haven’t read called Altered Books 101 and 202(those are the approximate names. can be found at Michaels). There are just so many ways to do things and things to do to a book. I got one from my library by Terry Taylor but I wouldn’t consider it comprehensive. He has been altering things for years. I’ve used several of his techniques. You can also search the internet. I found one website that has lots of info about starting the book.
