Whats the best black non-permanent hair dye brand?
boots own brand, but BE WARNED if you keep dying over your hair with semi perminant dye, the build up will make it become perminant. I discovered this after using Boots own semi perm black dye for a year, and went to get it stripped but they couldnt do it as they told me the build up of dye had made it perminant. So only dye your roots…OR just avoid it all together, black is the hardest and most costly hair colour to get rid of!
