The average session may cost approximately $20-25 which includes a workout session with a trainer, and in most instances, nothing more. The primary objective of fitness facilities offering group training is to get as many clients through the door as possible, at a *cheaper rate, and bunch them together in one training session. This mean less attention to your needs, and usually less results. With 1 trainer working with 3-4 individuals, it is nearly impossible to put all 3-4 people through a vigorous and beneficial workout (pertaining to real results). Is group training effective? of course it is, it’s exercise. But things that may be a concern is proper form, technique, breathing and safety.
