If building site is within a conventional zone district in unincorporated Eagle County, you can obtain allowable floor area ratio, lot coverage and impervious cover by referencing Eagle County Land Use Regulations Article 2-Definitions, Floor Area Ratio, Lot Coverage and Impervious Cover or Materials and Article 3 Zone Districts Table 3-340 Schedule of Dimensional Limitations, Maximum Lot Coverage, Impervious Materials and Maximum Floor Area Ratio.
