The child’s age as of July 31st of each year. Age groups are designated as U8, U9, etc. which means ages 8 and Under, 9 and Under, etc. If a child has not yet turned 9 as of August 1st, then the child would be an Under 9 player, etc. The age group carries throughout the entire year, for both seasons, until the next Fall registration.
