What’s the advantage of the extra yellow outstation to perform tricorrelation?
A correlation requires the user to enter the distance, diameter and material. Tricorrelation takes away the need for knowing the diameter and material by performing and out of bracket velocity check each time it calculates a correlation. This means the only user error that can be input into the correlator is the distance.
