I hear a lot of “The pot calling the kettle black” comments again, right here on Salon. Just about all of the media is guilty, even Salon.com. You claim to have worked on the JFK campaign; then later you claim that because you’re “a mom” you’re too busy to keep responding to someone else’s questions. I’m a mom of two, so I completely understand how being a parent takes up a lot of time. However, my children are still children. MY mom, on the other hand, has lots of time on hand, because being a mom to adults really doesn’t take up a lot of time– and she was ten when JFK ran for president, and 13 when he was assassinated. There’s simply no way you can be too occupied with being a mom and be old enough to have “worked on” any of JFK’s campaigns. Un
