What’s special about Modern Indian Cuisine?
Authentic regional dishes, created by our team of Indian chefs. They use whole and freshly ground spices, and source authentic ingredients from all over India, such as kokum, a sweet-sour ingredient used in Goan dishes, and jaggery, a natural sweetener. The range re-creates traditional Indian ways of eating too, with tiffins, inspired by the three-tiered lunch boxes delivered daily to workplaces all over Mumbai; and thalis, platters of small dishes, relishes and breads.
