Whats something about Lockheed Martin that only the people who work there would know?
Only the people that work here know how involved Lockheed Martin is the community. Employees are always encouraged to participate in the many volunteer opportunities with local schools. Last year I was a team coach for a high school robotics team. We made it all the way to the finals in the regional robotics competition! (It was so much fun and because of our flex-time schedule I was actually able to leave work early one day a week in order to participate!) Describe Lockheed Martin in three words: Diversity Ingenuity Integrity Do you have any advice for students who might want to work there one day? For students who might want to work for Lockheed Martin one day, I would suggest that they research the company. Find out the work-related needs of the different sites across the company and what type of employee is required to meet those needs. As a student, it is imperative that you make sure you are positioning yourself to be one of those employees. This includes maintaining a strong GPA
