Whats so special about RCAs “Xbox Ready” TVs?
(Last updated: 02/19/2004) Back to top The special thing about these TV’s is that they have a VPORT, which is a single-cable way to send component video and analog audio to the TV. The VPORT cable does have an optical output so you can connect to a digital surround sound system. Other than the VPORT, the TV’s aren’t that special. They are not 480p nor HDTV compatible.
