Whats so special about Penteos process?
Like we said: “panorama slicing”. Penteo separates out the original stereo mix panorama into clean slices — just like slicing a pie — which then fall into their appropriate surround positions. Nothing about those sounds is changed. The Penteo process is closer to the original mix than a new remix-from-scratch could ever be, because it is the original stereo mix. It all folds back down to the original stereo.
