Whats so great about Daggerfall?
Daggerfall is a computer roleplaying game (CRPG). You create a “character”, a person who is to be your host body in the game world. You then possess this character as a young adult. You see the world of Tamriel through your character’s eyes and hear it through his or her ears. In effect, your character is your incarnation in Daggerfall, and it’s up to you to make your own fate in a world filled with conflict and magic. Most computer roleplaying games (like “Ultima” or “Might & Magic”) are based on a group of characters (a “party” in RPG jargon). This is a heritage from the original role playing games played by a group of friends around a table, with pencil and dice.
