Let’s see… If I have the option of putting my hands on “fake” breasts or no breasts…I’ll go fake every time. Considering there is <0.1% chance of an immediate option to choose between fake and natural, the choice is irrelevant. There is apparently something attractive about them to the male species. If there wasn't, NO women would be doing it and there would be no market for it. Now, if my girlfriend/wife wanted to have them implanted, I'd rather she not. No need for unnecessary surgery.

I have to wonder if women do it more for themselves or to be the envy of other women, because most guys I know don’t like the appearance of fake breasts.

As a man, I personally hate fake breasts. I’d much rather see a woman with very small, natural breasts, then a woman with fake breasts.
