Proxy is a SEMS feature which allows you to download messages from another POP or IMAP server. This can be your ISP, such as Freeserve or BT Internet. Basically any ISP that allows POP or IMAP access can be filled in. Please note that the proxy service runs only once every three hours, so please bear this in mind before approaching the helpdesk!
