Delivering quality software requires solid, repeatable, and measurable practices, and also requires paying attention to the details at every step of the process. The rollout of new tools and processes is often not well received by some members of development teams. If everyone in the organization keeps the focus on the goal—delivering the highest quality product, then process and tool changes are more easily accepted. Delivery quality must be cultural and support for ALM must start at the top.
