Whats on the UW Residences Preference Form?
The UW Residences Preference Form has 7 sections: • Personal Information – your name, UW student ID number, academic stream etc. • Special Accomodation Needs – for people with disabilities, allergies or other special residence needs. • Roommates – names and UW student ID numbers of people you want to live with (optional) • Tell us about yourself – information about you. • Ranking the Residences: • Villages, dorm-style – single (V1) • Villages, dorm-style – interconnecting (V1) • Villages, dorm-style – double (V1 or REV) • Mackenzie King Village suite-style – single • UW Place suite-style – single • UW Place suite-style – double 4-stream students will see a modified list with no REV or MKV option, and students who have chosen to be in living-learning communities will be restricted to the residence assigned to the community. • Meal Plan Preference – you may have to choose a meal plan option depending on whether you get placed in a traditional or suite-style residence .
