Whats normal behavior for a 2-year old?
I wouldn’t worry too much about who is to blame. I would worry that this site isn’t a good match for my kid if the aggressive behavior is only seen there. My younger daughter needs a highly structured, controlled, predictable environment. My older daughter needs flexibility, lots of lively interaction, and plenty of physical activity. Neither is a bad/ abnormal kid, but they have had periods when they didn’t do well in a setting that didn’t mesh well. If the director is saying he isn’t normal already based on only what you told us then I would be worried about the professional attitude. (But do keep an open mind. I had my 2yo seen for free by early intervention when her need for structure seemed unreasonable to me.
