If it is known at what concentration of CO2 adding more will not result in the additional capture of infra red energy the global warming crowd has not made it well known. On page 27 of The Weather Makers, published by Text Publishing Co. of Melbourne, Australia Tim Flannery reports the existence of an experiment wherein a small amount of CO2 captured all the available infra red energy.
