SMS08: WiE: Building Location-Aware Services with Microsoft SQL Server Microsoft This session describes an internal project to build a location-based social networking application that illustrates and leverages most of the SQL Server product offerings. The solution covers SQL Server Compact, SQL Server Data Services, Sync Framework and SQL Server 2008 Spatial support.
