Whats New in Polaris Property Search?
We have added the wetlands, Comprehensive Plan (land use and density), 20′ contours, and the Public Land Survey System (section, township, range) data to the application. In addition, we have also added the ability to search recorded documents (see below for instructions). Finally, we have made some enhancements behind the scenes, such as lengthening the period of time before the application ‘times out’, expanding browser support, and changing the time at which the application restarts itself. This enhanced application now has the same functionality as the Assessor’s Parcel Search, which will be discontinued in the near future.
