Whats New for the 2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?
For the 2005 Monte Carlo, Chevrolet adds OnStar telematics as a standard feature and boasts of a new 17-inch chrome-finished wheel. The previous SS model is now called LT, leaving the SS designation for the supercharged engine. Gone are the Dale Earnhardt packages, replaced by the new Tony Stewart Signature Series. Chevrolet also drops the Monte Carlo’s bodyside moldings and decklid lock cylinder.
