Whats New and Hot in year 2004 from GMC car models?
The new GMC Canyon mid-size truck is available in three body styles, including Crew Cab, Extended Cab and Regular Cab models. It also comes in two-wheel-drive Crew Cab and High-Stance off-road models. All models offer the option of either two- or four-wheel drive. Canyon has two new inline engines — the Vortec 2800 inline four-cylinder that delivers 175 hp and 185 ft Ibs of torque, and the optional Vortec 3500 inline five- cylinder. This is the first application of a five-cylinder engine in a consumer pickup, generating 220 hp and 225 ft Ibs of torque.
