Whats new about the Share menu?
In March 2011 we released some changes to the Share this menu and sharing options. They were: • Instead of a “Share this” button you will see icons for email, the two sharing services you most recently used, and a drop down menu where you can grab the URL, embed code, access your other sharing services, or set new services up. • Now share more pages. In addition to photostreams and photos you can now share groups, sets, galleries, and favorites pages. • You can now share individual photos to your Facebook wall. When you share a friends, family, or private photo a guest pass will automatically be created and used. • Blogging services that had very low use have been removed. Movable Type, Typepad, Manila, and Atom Enabled. Tumblr has been added. • The Account Setting ‘Who can blog’ has been removed and blogging permissions are now included in ‘Who can share.’ The ‘Who can share’ setting is now a Yes or No option.
