Whats my next step after the patentability search and search report?
The search will be performed and prior art relevant to the disclosed invention will be uncovered and provided to the inventor along with a search report describing such findings. The search report will describe the relationship of the prior art that was found in relationship to the invention and will assist in determining two important things: 1) whether a patent application should be filed, and 2) if so, how the disclosed invention departs from the uncovered prior art.
